Stop doing your books at 9pm.
Hand them to a bookkeeper who works with trades and service shops across Lincoln and Omaha. 4 years in, and close enough that you can sit down with me.

Transactions categorized, accounts reconciled, statements in your inbox by the 15th. You always know where you stand.
Catch-up & cleanupBehind? That's normal.
Six months or six years, I'll get you current and filing-ready. Shoeboxes and spreadsheets welcome.
Payroll supportPayroll and 1099s
Run payroll, track your subs, and keep contractor paperwork straight long before January gets ugly.
ReportingNumbers that mean something
Which jobs made money, which truck is eating your margin, what you can afford to hire. Plain English.

About
I kept meeting good operators who were losing money they couldn't see.
I'm [Her Name], and I've spent 4 years keeping books for small businesses around Lincoln — mostly trades and service shops. The pattern is always the same: the work is great, the invoicing is late, and nobody has looked at a profit and loss since the business opened.
You'll work with me directly — the same person every month, who already knows your accounts by the second one. And because I'm here inLincoln and over in Omaha regularly, you can sit down with me if you'd rather go through it at your kitchen table than upload it.

Questions
The things people ask first.
What does it cost?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $350 a month. Where you land above that depends on your transaction volume, how many accounts you run and whether there's catch-up work to do first — catch-up is quoted separately, as a one-time project. After our call I'll put together a written quote and send it within two business days. Nothing starts, and nothing is owed, until you've seen the number and said yes.
What software do you use?
QuickBooks Online or Xero, whichever you're already on. If you're on spreadsheets, paper, or nothing at all, moving you over is part of the cleanup — not an extra.
Do you file my taxes?
No. I hand your CPA books that are already clean, which usually makes their bill smaller. If you don't have one, I'll point you to a few here in Lincoln.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, and plenty of people prefer to. I'm based in Lincoln and over in Omaha regularly, so I can come by the shop or sit down over coffee — handing me a folder across a table works just as well as uploading it. Everything also runs entirely remotely if that's simpler for you.
How far behind is too far behind?
There isn't a too far. Six years of unopened mail is a normal Tuesday. Nothing you tell me on the call will be the worst I've seen.
Ready to hand it off?
Pick a time and I'll call you. Thirty minutes, no charge, no pitch — and a written quote in your inbox a couple of days later.
